Horrible.The staff steals personal belongings, the administration doesnt react.
We arrived in this hotel on December, 1 and are leaving tommorow. During this period all members of my family suffered from food poisoning. The staff is chasing you all the time for tips. The bartenders dont serve you unless you leave 1$. The roomservice is awful. The cleaner stole my husbands trainers 2 days ago, supposing we were cheking out the next day. Having realised that we were burglared we asked the administration of the hotel for help. Actually they laughted and said it was just a pair of shoes. And was tring to persuade us that we had left the trainers near the pool , not in the room. When we started to take pictures of the staff they made some afford to show that they would try to help us. It was obvious a trick. If you have any other options, try not to concern this hotel for your journey. In case you decide to stay here, please, bring medicine from upset stomach and food poisoning. And keep an eye on your personal belongings( clothes, shoes, jewellery etc)
