It is really belle though certain things are terrible
Wonderful, amazing, astounding, various cooking! This is quite a new level for "all inclusive" I ever seen. Various courses of continental, russian, italian, greek, turkish cousine, bakery, turkish delights, even lobsters and calves' brains... we were completely stunned by the wealth of choice which was totally not bored us for 11 days!
There were many guests from Russia and other CIS countries (Azerbaidjan,Uzbekistan,Tadjikistan,Kirgizia,Georgia,Ukraine,Belarus) in the hotel. Also many Iranians. The public was decent and vacation was great.
POSITIVE
Large hotel area planted with pine trees, the finest sand on a shallow beach, warm, azure sea, two large sweetwater pools, large and peaceful lobby-bar with lots of cozy sofas. Free facilities: pier, aquapark with large kidzone, zoo, sauna & hamam.
The hotel looks very luxuriously and, may be, family rooms and rooms in main building correspond to the level of the hotel. Though...
NEGATIVE
1. Camelia garden rooms are small and nasty. Cleaning service is awful!!! Tons of sand under bed and in the corners, dirty table, changing bedlinen only on demand, unpredictable time of room cleaning (from 9am to 4pm) and "do not disturb" means "do not clean today". I thought that a good tip would help... Oh... this led to sculpture on my bed with flowers full of ants!!! Chambermaids do not speak english at all.
2. Kid animation team in the early September was the worst I've seen anywhere. The first time my daughter (6 yrs) didn't want to stay in kids club! It seems that animation team is very tired: twice caught my daughter watching cartoons in kids club at 12am, no adventures on the hotel area, no visits to aquapark, minidisco is organized very poorly. So unfortunately kidsclub in the early September was almost absent in the hotel.
Animation for adult is good.

first of all we would like to thank you for share your opinion about our hotel on tophotels.ru.
We are so sad that you come back from Bellis Delux with bad memories. Your thinking about our kid animation team and house-keeping we passed to their managers. They will try to overcome problems with their work and behaviour to the guests.
Also we are really glad to read good comments about Bellis Deluxe as well.
