I did not like the sea view room compensation in amount of $20 per person per night, also the late checkout is $40 until 10PM. The cleaners, bar attendants, animation team, and pool boys are super friendly, and will help you as much as they can, you can literally ask for anything and they will do everything they can to help you. It's a bit too much child friendly, but it was never a dull moment with the animation crew (Marko, Chris, Cheeto, Cambucha twins, Vanya, and the rest) if it wasn't for them our stay at the hotel would not be as fun as it was. We enjoyed Marko's fakir and fire breathing show, making good photos with Cheeto, and breaking a move with Chris. Also beach volleyball and various competitions were very entertaining.
