Nice hotel but they do not love the clients...
Nice stylish cozy hotel. Comfortable size of apartment for family. Excellent location. 1 minute to the beach. BUT read please the sad story!!!
We are family with 2 kids and l had booked a apartment with one bedroom and a balcony with sea view. check-in from 14 p.m. but we arrived at 13, turned out to be unready dirty room. On reception asked to wait JUST an hour. in the end, we waited for nearly three hours. once in the room - it was a faulty air conditioner. It was stuffy in the rooms and hard to breathe. in the end staff have replaced apartment without balcony with windows overlooking on boring village and walls.
Without refund the difference in price.
we paid almost 200 euros, and got room what it costs about 150 ... sad. and money is not going to return. They told us that we could relax in the room that have booked! (A non-working air conditioning! In 40 degree heat outside) I have spent a lot of time to choose a hotel, we spent the money to arrive, we had dream to have terrace with sea view...
