Unexpected disappointment
I and my husband were simply shocked with the service this year: no shower gel in room, no "welcome compliment" on arrival, beach bar personnel engrossed in chatter, but not in guest services. It is not about scolding on the most trivial things, it is about the indifference to your own guests. We stay at Club Hotel Sera since 2000th, moreover last year we had been here for two times. Every our visit is no less that 13-14 days. Till this stay we were pleased with almost everything and became your permanent guests. We have faced such inadequate and offensive service for the first time. Nevertheless we really hope to meet your efforts to renew our good impression.

Club Hotel Sera team would like to thank you first of all for your regular choice of our hotel.We however regret that you were not entirely satisfied with the service the last time that you visit our hotel. We have informed the hotel's Management about your claim to take it into their mind and this does not happen again with future clients.
