Crystal Centro Resort 5*

Me & my girlfriend booked up a week at Kervansaray Kundu, and its safe to say that a week wasn't enough. I read a few reviews with people slating the food and service, but we could not fault it one bit. Ok the food was a bit repetitive but what do you expect from an All Inclusive hotel?? I also saw loads that said the air con never worked and they had to have door open...dont think they realised that the air con shuts off when the door is open, and you have to leave a card in....ours worked everyday, and always came back to a chilled room.

The cleaners were top draw, our room was immaculate every day. Our mini bar was stocked up with fresh water, juice & coke daily without fail. If wanted extra towels, pillows etc they were brought to our room within minutes.

The guest relation service was really good, after noticing that I had been bitten a few times by mosquittos they ensured that my room was sprayed daily to keep them away.

The waiters at the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly, always served with a smile on their face, and tried to remember everyones name. By the end of the holiday we didnt even to need to ask for a drink, it was already poured when they saw us coming.

But for me the Animation Team made the holiday. They were amazing, made everyone feel welcome no matter where they were from. The daily activities always run very well, and the evening entertainment was always very good. All of the team went round throughout the day saying hello to everyone, and sitting with people chatting to them and making them laugh. They came and saw us off when we had to leave, and it was genuinely sad to leave.
