SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort-Select- 5*

I stayed in Sunrise Royal Makadi Hotel with my family (husband and a baby of 6 months) within the period November 13-26.

We noted from the beginning that all personnel is very friendly & attentive. Everything we needed was organized quickly. Thanks a lot to all managers on reception, especially to Abdelrahman!

The territory of the hotel is big & green & very beautiful. Every day we enjoyed walking along it with a baby.

Our room was very nice. As we were staying with a baby we asked in advance that some things were in the room: the baby cot, teapot, baby bath etc. On arrival we found everything we needed in the room. Also the room was cleaned daily & very well.

The beach is spacious and clean. I heard before that in Hurghada there are almost no corals. We chose Makadi bay because we read before that there are corals here. We were very happy to see that on the territory of our hotel there are several beautiful coral reefs! We saw many amazing colorful fish and even a skate! Moreover, the big plus for those who is coming with children that the entrance to the sea is comfortable - soft sand without corals.

The major restaurant of the hotel offers a great variety of meals. Daily they add/change something, so you won’t become tired of it. I would like to note that the Chef Cook is very attentive and try to fulfill the guest’s requests. I also very thankful to two waiters - Ahmet and Hisham. They were very kind to our family, had time to do professionally their job and pay attention & care to us. Ahmet is also working in Bedouin restaurant and Hisham in Italian. By the way, there are 7 a la carte restaurants on the territory of the hotel. We visited most of them. Most of all we liked the Bedouin, Mexican and Italian restaurants. Therefore, there is a choice of cuisine and you can try what you like.

There are also lots of activities on the territory. Animation team is great! You can dance, do beach aerobics, play volleyball etc. We tried to participate as much as it is possible with a small child… we like active vacation! Moreover, we tried wind surfing! It was unforgettable! Thanks a lot to Ali for the professional lessons!

We arrived to Egypt with ANEX Tour. The guides in our hotel were professional and considerate towards our needs. We took several excursions and were satisfied with the program & service.

Also all personnel in the hotel speak good English, spoken Russian, German, Italian etc. To Sunrise Royal Makadi Hotel come not only Russians but also tourists from Ukraine, Germany, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and UK. For me it is also showing the level of hotel. The level of price & quality is high!

To memorize our wonderful vacation - the first with our son - we took professional photo session. Our photographer was Misha. He is really professional, makes smile not only us but also our baby! We and the landscape on the photos came very beautiful.

We really fell ourselves like in the second home. Thanks a lot to all personnel for that! I suppose we will come back!
