So we spend very nice time from 2 to 16 of June 2013 in this hotel. The flight from Moscow 4.05am was terrible due to bad weather conditions. It was turbulence during all the flight.

Finally we get to the hotel around 10.30am local time and we were invited to the breakfast immediately. In an hour we were get the very nice room in the main building in the 3rd floor. It was one twin bed, one single bed, one sofa and chair-bed inside. Minibar is for free and it is filled up in daily basis. The cleaning hours are from 9am till 5pm. We are with a small baby and he sleeps from 1pm to4pm every day, it was not very hard for me to ask reception to clean our room before 1pm almost every day in spite we put a special tag at the door daily.

The territory is very clean. There are a lot of greens. Even the hotel was full it was not hard to find 1-2 free sunbed in shadow after 10am near the sea or pool. It is no any problem to find any food in any time in this hotel.

There is a child corner with homemade food. Almost all animation team was eating there. And of course all children did it. There are a lot of fresh fruits in the main restaurant every eating hour. It was a lot of fresh strawberry, sweet cherries, watermelon, melon, peach and others. Every dinner in the main restaurant is slightly different due to national kitchen day. The way of ordering ‘A la cart’ restaurant by phone in auto mode from your room is very nice.

I highly recommend this hotel for spending holidays with your children. It is also very nice animation team and your children will be very happy to spend time with multinational animators. They speak almost all languages. The hotel completely changes water in a baby pool and in a child pool every day! Animation team is working from sunrise till the dawn – you never be alone! And please do not forget about special ‘Guest relation’ team. Ladies are ready to help you in any question!

It is impossible not to say a few words about Alva arena. It is one of the best arenas I ever seen. There are perfect lights and sound. A lot of pop stars from Eastern Europe come there every two weeks. You can watch there very beautiful show every day with the support of animation team and different artists.

PS The contingent of the hotel mainly consists from families with children 1-12 years old. Be aware that it is not the place to listen silence around you!!! But the common spirits is very friendly and positive!
