Написал в отель про слухи о закрытии бара.
Сегодня (28.04.2019) пришел ответ:

I can not know who is behind these rumors but what I can confirm that the hotel bar has never closed..
So, I assure you that from February 2019 to October 2020, the lobby bar is open every day from 08:00 to 00:00.
At the hotel, there are several bars:
Lobby bar open from 08:00 - 00:00
Bar Pub (blue bar) from 17:00 - 00:00
Pool bar from 09:00 to 17:00
Maurish Café from 2.30 pm - 10.30 pm
Beach bar (summer season) from 09:00 - 17:00

Restaurants :
Main restaurant : Breakfast buffet from 06h00 - 10h00 ** Continetal Breakfast (late) 10h00 -11h30 ** Dinner buffet 19h00 - 21h00
Restaurant Le Barbecue : Lunch 12h30 - 14h30 (buffet) ** Snacks Menu 14h30 - 17h00
Tunisian or International Restaurant (Dinner) 19h00 - 21h00 (table booking at the hotel reception)
The alcohol served as part of the all inclusive is a local alcohol. there is also a cocktail menu in the lobby bar and the pub.
International brand liqueurs are available but with extra.
