We would like to thank you for the time taken along with the effort made to share your comments with us. We do sincerely apologize that the hotel experience was not up to your satisfaction, although, that we wished you have communicated those comments a little bit earlier not just after your departure resulting in a full dissatisfaction.

Meanwhile we have discussed all your respective comments into details with our management team; therefore, please allow me to clarify a few points from your letter.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and each and every person has different expectations for their own holidays. The majority of our guests do have an excellent time with us hence so many positive feedbacks.

If guests do have a problem whilst in the resort the General Manger ,duty manager or our guest relation team are available to discuss any issues and we will do our utmost to resolve straightaway.

Потому что они набирают себе исключительно мошенников и разводил. Совет- фотографируйте все в номере при заезде, потому что при выселении могут предъявить, что сломана дверь, сейф, замок или еще что то. И будут вымагать 100$, как было со мною.
